gratuities
if you wish to leave a gratuity, please use the envelopes provided at the cash counter. we offer up to $50 dollars cash back if requested on debit card transactions only.

cancellations
please allow for a minimum of 24 hours notification if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. no shows and last minute cancellations will be charged $50 on their next visit to the studio.

colour only - blow dries
after your colour service, an assistant will be happy to wash & dry your hair at no charge. should you wish howard or nathan to blowdry your hair after your colour , you will need to book them for a wash & style. and regular listed prices will apply.

referral program
we monitor referrals carefully. with every four new referrals you generate, you will receive a certificate valued at $70. you can use the certificate for any services or product purchases at the studio.

studio gift cards
gift cards can be purchased and can be redeemed for products or services.
